I want to qualify for Boston. It's been a goal for a long time and i need to just do it. I have a hard time sticking with the training so Im hoping this will help me.
Long-Term Running Goals:
i want to do a tri, qualify for boston, run a marathon in multiple countries such as Australia, Africa, China, Spain,England... etc so many places ...
Personal:
I'm a single mom. i love spending time with my daughter. I'm very busy, but always find time for important things & people in my life. I love to read, watch movies & eat!

had a great run! 9.18 per mile. it felt really good it was sunny but not extremely hot . did some ab work .. i love how good running makes me feel.
rest day ... didnt run but i went swimming with my little one for a little bit. I just walked in the pool and lounged around so much fun! love days like today :)
